5 Year Edge Chip Warranty

Churchill Dining Out will replace any Churchill/Alchemy round cup, round saucer, round or oval plate and round or oval bowl, (excluding Alchemy Buffet coupe bowl (APRB AC14) 38.5cm/15 2/8”) that edge chips during the first five years of its lifetime, in “normal food service use - see paragraph 5 ”, from the date of the delivery of the original order. Please also note that the warranty is only available in certain countries - see paragraph 7 below.

General Terms and conditions

1. Length of cover: Edge chip Warranty applies for 5 years from the date of the delivery of the original order.

2: Edge Chip Warranty cover: The warranty is available to the original customer at the location specified on the warranty registration request form and will cover the range(s) and item(s) supplied as part of the original order and subsequent replenishment orders as recognised under the terms of this warranty.

3: Registration: This warranty is only applicable if the customer completes and returns the warranty registration request form to Churchill within 60 days of the delivery of the original order. (If the form is not returned, any claims under this warranty will be considered invalid). A numbered copy of the warranty registration form will then be returned to the customer to keep on file.

4: Warranty applications:

A. The warranty covers edge chipping only on Churchill/Alchemy round cups, round saucers, round or oval plates and round or oval bowls (excluding Alchemy Buffet coupe bowl (APRB AC14) 38.5cm/15 2/8”). A list of all products currently covered by this warranty is available upon request. Please contact Churchill customer service 01782 524359 for further information.

B. This warranty applies to relevant products purchased and identified as part of the original order and subsequent replenishment orders recognised under the terms of the warranty and issued during the warranty period. Replenishment orders will be subject to the terms of the original agreement and only warranted for the period of cover remaining.

C. The terms specified under this warranty are separate from and in addition to Churchill Dining Out’s conditions of Sale.

D: Applies to edge chipping only and does not apply to breakage.

5: Definition of “normal food service use” normal food service use” includes refrigeration, serving, washing and storage. It does not apply to edge chipping caused through negligence or any inappropriate use or application of the product.

6: How to make a claim: Contact Churchill customer service +44 1782 524359 or your local Churchill sales manager to make a claim under this warranty. The unique registration form number must be quoted for the warranty to apply. If necessary, Churchill will inspect the damaged product. If in the opinion of Churchill this claim is valid, Churchill will forward a replacement within 4-6 weeks. Churchill will pay the associated carriage/shipping charges.
